Our Founders

  • A man sitting on a sofa with two young children, holding a small orange box, in a cozy living room with a side table, two bottles of Coke, and snacks in the background.

  • A family dressed in costumes standing on a lawn with trees and houses in the background. The woman is wearing cat ears and holding a baby, the man is dressed as an elderly person, and a young boy is dressed as a firefighter.

  • A family posing outdoors near a fountain and garden with colorful flowers. The adults include a woman with long red hair wearing a green dress and a man with glasses in a plaid suit. The children are boys in matching navy suits and vests with bow ties, and a girl in a gray dress being held by the woman. The boys hold small toys, and two wear fuzzy monster bracelets.

It all started on a chairlift!

Early 2024. A ski trip to Utah. Kevin, Tyler, and John are riding a chairlift when someone, nobody takes credit, says it out loud: "What if we opened a pickleball club?"

It got a good laugh. But Tyler, already fully obsessed with the sport, wouldn't let it go. By the time they hit the bottom of the mountain, the joke had become a plan.

Business plans were drafted. A market was researched. A location was found. And just like that, Club 65 was born.

Why Club 65?

Pickleball was invented in 1965 on a backyard badminton court on Bainbridge Island, Washington, designed from day one as a game for everyone. That spirit is exactly what we built this club around.

We believe pickleball should be accessible, affordable, and endlessly fun. Our memberships are built on a simple idea: the more you play, the more you get. No nickel-and-diming. No barriers. Just great courts, great people, and great games.

Welcome to Club 65 — where passion meets play, and everyone's invited.
